When asked if he believes the British Broadcasting Corporation is structurally prejudiced, he responds: "No I don't. It is important to note, numerous aspects the British Broadcasting Corporation produces is top-tier - including informative and non-factual programming."
However, he continues: "There remains real work that requires attention at the BBC."
A further ex-adviser British Broadcasting Corporation specialist questioned by the committee, Caroline Daniel, states she regards the British Broadcasting Corporation extremely earnestly and that it operates a "ongoing system and active debate" across fluid and multifaceted subjects.
"Was the BBC ready to conduct a thorough discussion and debate and implement changes?" she asks herself. "In my view, affirmative, they were."
